All estimates are written and provided before any work begins. The estimate is the maximum price for the listed work. Additional work is only performed with explicit customer authorization.
Qualifying repairs are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. The warranty does not extend to wear items, damage from accident or neglect, or work performed elsewhere.
Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Vehicles left for more than 30 days after completion may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any such fees accrue.
